Materials

All items are hand made in Australia created from single and/or multistrand cotton string sourced locally.

Several items utilise natural non milled wood which are unique to each piece. While we endeavour to match natural wood items in dimension and appearance, the uniqueness of natural wood means there may be differences.

Shipping & Returns

Ready Made orders placed before 1pm EST will usually be dispatched within 1 normal business day (excluding public holidays) In the rare event an item/s cannot be dispatched within 1 normal business day we will contact you to advise.

Made to Order orders placed before 1pm EST will usually be in progress within 1 normal business day (excluding public holidays) and completed for dispatch within 21 days from order date. In the rare event an item/s cannot be dispatched within 21 normal business days we will contact you to advise.

By nature, as a natural product, when moved, handled and/or exposed to certain environments, the ropes and/or knots may change and need to be nurtured. A simple, soft adjustment by hand or brush (depending on the type of rope) is all it takes.
